Our mission is to equip young people with knowledge, as well as the emotional and practical tools they need in order to thrive on their journey to adulthood. We believe in a holistic approach to wellbeing and work with schools, businesses and parents to ensure our communities are a place where people can thrive.

Gemma Holbird - Director

Gemma Holbird | The Conversation Stamford

Gemma is a qualified Secondary English and Drama teacher and former Pastoral Lead. Together with Sarah Jane, she set up The Conversation Stamford in 2016 to ensure quality PSHE was available to young people.

Sarah Jane Sauntson - Director

Sarah Sauntson | The Conversation Stamford

Prior to setting up The Conversation Stamford, Sarah Jane worked as a primary special needs teacher and has a keen interest in inclusion within the PSHE curriculum.

Carys Vaughan - Lead Presenter

Carys Vaughan | The Conversation Stamford

Carys is a former TEFL teacher and also has experience in the commercial education sector. She joined The Conversation in 2016.
