Our PSHE workshops cover many aspects of the PSHE curriculum including sex and relationships, mental health, self esteem and identity and digital technology. We believe that it is important to allow young people to discuss relevant life topics in an open forum with trusted and experienced adults.

We work with children from the beginning of primary school right through to post-16 education across over 50 schools and colleges.

We want to give all young people the knowledge as well as the emotional and practical tools they need in order to thrive on their journey to adulthood.

We love to hear the ideas and opinions of the young people we work with and our workshops thrive on discussion and debate. We believe that when you allow students open discussion, they are able to more carefully consider how to make healthy choices that will enable them to achieve their potential.

Many of our workshops feature opportunities for creative expression. Music, theatre, art, and poetry create a safe space to explore sensitive topics and better engage young people, and we are thrilled to have strong links with local artists, poets and theatre companies.

Testimonials

  • "...This was a great session, thank you, you two! Much more work from us two on the emotion side of things with our daughter, but we’re well chuffed that we’re doing most of the other bits, so the guilt-smugness seesaw has been balanced..."

  • "...The children acted maturely, sensitively and with great interest, which was a reflection of the way that the presenters dealt with the subject matter. I know that the Year 6 staff were very pleased and impressed with both mornings and I would highly recommend them to any school covering this aspect of the curriculum..."

  • "...I really enjoyed our session today with the conversation about protected characteristics. I found that it taught me lots of things that we don’t cover in school. The staff were very fun and engaging. Learning about neuro divergence, races and gender was very interesting. I had a great day!...."

  • "...Would you mind please passing on my thanks for the videos – my husband and I have used some of the strategies and they work so well! I can’t believe how much I get out of our son when we play the games suggested - It’s given us such an understanding of his world. Many thanks for organising this… the videos have made such a difference to us as a family..."

  • "...I found our session with The Conversation very fun and I most enjoyed the art with Tony because we were learning that people have different races and that we have to all be ok with it because we are not all the same. We learned all about Protected Characteristics and that we all have them and that it is ok to have them...."

  • "...Hugely valuable - I have a book full of notes, now I just need to put them into practice. I think this approach of working directly with parents is a great way of getting your message out there and supporting kids. We can then reinforce what organisations like yours and teachers are communicating to them..."
